The Magistrate Judge We Need

Judge Juana Marine Lombard is a New Orleans native and a graduate of Loyola University New Orleans. She spent two decades in Orleans Parish Criminal District Court as a public defender, capital defense attorney, and civil litigator before taking the bench in 2021. She now seeks re-election after six years of efficient advancement of caseloads, groundbreaking mental health and domestic violence programs, and a steady commitment to second chances.
